We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order shortly after placing it, we will do our best to help.

Cancellation timeframe

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. During this time your order has usually not yet been processed, so we can cancel it and give you a full refund.

Orders already in processing

After 12 hours, your order may already have been processed, packed or handed to our courier. In that case we can no longer cancel it, but you can still return it once it arrives. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
